Is it too late to ask for a refund?

I have got zero help with anything.  I could send out books and charge $1200.  I send you my hard earned money and get a few books and some pdf files.  No teachers making videos.  No videos whatsoever.  I ask about it.  Am told to search, so I did.  All I find is a person sharing outside webpages.  I can do that much and don't have a teaching degree.
