Ya, you knew that was coming. I got my puppy. He is a beauty. (pics to come this evening). He is a Golden for sure. His owners think he has Newfie daddy. The litter sure looks like a Newfie litter... There were six pups. They say he is a 7 week old boy. He is weaned, but definitely not housebroken. Last night was second night here; and he slept through the night. Had lots of walks, baby runs, play, and 2 introductions to puppy pool. 2 of his brothers were adopted by his neighbors across the street; so he gets regular visits with them (at least twice a day for play and naps and puppy romping and even walks). We are all learning together. They are taking to going outside on the leash really well, but are 50% on pooping outside or accidents. We are working on getting them outside first thing in the morning and avg. 15 minutes after eating. Both households are crating the puppies at night. Any advice for our journey?
