I am currently managing a plant; however, I do not have a Bachelors degree. I have been determined to get mine and have finally taken the first step in accomplishing my goal. Even at 52 years old, I feel like I can do this! I am probably not the only elder in the course, so if you are and want to chat about the difficulties we may face, feel free!
