Hi my name is Nana. I love grilling, especially steaks or chicken shish kebabs.. Simply season a ribeye steak or porterhouse steak, my favorite, with salt and pepper (peppercorns preferably), add a little accent to it and brush it of with herb seasoned olive oil (fresh garlic, rosemary and ginger) and throw it on the grill. A good tasty juicy steak should be cooked medium well or rare, that is 3-4 min on each side with a temperature of 375-400 degrees. You can have grilled vegetables to compliment your steak.
