HELLO! I am sorry to hear you have trouble! Boy do I miss the physical paper copies of the study guides. I took them everywhere with me in the day! Now I print them and have a 3 ring binder for each one, they are so valued when studying!
Have you had adobe properly downloaded onto your computer? google it... and go to the adobe site and get it for your computer. you need to install the program in order for it to open the study guides. Also, instructors will e-mail you the pdf files if you need, you can then print or open them there, but you may still need the Adobe software. It may be just that. Best of luck!
