My account says that my contract has not yet been signed, and my shipments are temporarily suspended. I called Student Care and spoke with a lady and she said that she had shipped out my books and that my contract was recieved. Just wondering why it's still saying my contract hasnt been recieved and my books dont say they've been shipped yet?
Also I finished a course like two weeks ago almost and it still hasnt been graded. Is there a certain day that things are graded or are they supposed to be graded automatically?
