My experience as of right now is limited with Penn Foster. However, after recently finishing up an exam in information literacy, I noticed something that I think could be improved upon. After taking the exam for the first time 2 of my answers were incorrect. When reviewing the missed questions after the exam there is an area marked "reference". I suppose there should be a link or something to that effect stating where to find the correct information, but it was blank for both questions. I just feel that having the pertinent information listed in that area would make finding the correct information easier, so one would not have to scan through an entire lesson to find the correct information. Other than that I have been pleased with my experience so far.
