that is wrong because you can pay for a second attempt to redo the test and that's why you are paying for it you could even ask a instructer and they will tell you the same thing that I am telling you!!!!!!SORRY FOR THE ANSWER THAT YOU WAS NOT LOOKING FOR BUT THATS HOW IS IT!!!!
