I am enrolled. I actually got my AS in Accounting almost 8 years ago but have been unsuccessful in finding a job since I really have no experience. I started taking this class sorta as a refresher course but am learning whole lot of different things which I like. I am almost done with Intro to Business. I am so looking forward to the math and the Accounting. We just moved to another state recently so I am hoping that I will be able to get into something.

It took me 10 months and countless hours on the phone and sending emails to find all my sites. I was at my wits end and ready to throw in the towel. I ended up having to go 3 hours away to do my large animal skills. Now I only have 1 month left and I will be finished! Did you try calling the externship department to see if the can give you the names of any clinics near you? Do you work at a clinic now? If so, could you ask the vets there if they have any classmates that are equine vets? Don't give up. You're so close.

No, Penn Foster does not send out 1098 - T forms for the education tax credit.
What is a 1098 - T form?
Form 1098-T: Tuition Payments Statement is the information return that colleges and universities are required to issue for the purpose of determining a student's eligibility for the Hope and Lifetime Learning education tax credits.
Why does Penn Foster not send out 1098 -T forms?
You cannot deduct your tuition costs from Penn Foster because we are not a Title IV funded school - What Is A Title IV School?. We are not eligible for Federal Grants or Financial aid. Penn Foster is an accredited school. We are not eligible for Title IV because of our open enrollment (no traditional Spring/Fall semesters) which do not qualify a student for FULL TIME or PART TIME enrollment.
Penn Foster offers zero percent interest payment plans on all tuition. You pay no interest towards your education at Penn Foster.

Humanities Class in Semester 3
So in Semester 3 we have to take a humanities class. We have the option of Art Appreciation or Music Appreciation. I have no interest in either and wanted to see which one people have taken and what their experience with it was. I know I'm only in semester 2 right now but I just want to start thinking about it. Thanks!!

I'm Virginia and I'm studying dog obedience trainer. I agree that we need more dog obedience students to talk to. I think we can help each other out.
so far the only thing I see that I'm have trouble with is pronouncing the words and remembering the charts. I think if I get poster boards and use them as the charts then I can use them when ever I need them without remembering everything on the chart. (something easy to find ) if anyone has any other tips on how you study the charts please let me know.

My access to the community was restored about 6 months ago.
My engineering study time has been so challenged by work and home maintenance/repair demands. Even so, in spite having to pay for time extension, I anticipate to take the 1st semester final about March. Thanks PF for encouraging messages on passed exams and to keep moving forward.

Is There a "TYPO" in the Microsoft Excel Exam?
I am having an issue with the Microsoft Excel Exam. In Question #14 none of the answers will work in Excel without an error message. Answer A. will work without one of the "&" symbols but not with both, and Answer D. will only work if I enter the cell address ex. =(A9)&(B7) Is there something that I am doing wrong or is it a "TYPO"?
